Custom quotes will be provided and are based on the amount of work required/parts needed and time. It’s always best to give Paul a call on 0427 510 922 to discuss any repairs. Generally our prices are more competitive than large retail stores and those with higher overheads however, prices vary depending on the accessibility of parts as many parts need to be sourced internationally for older timepieces.

The timeframe is dependent on the requirements for your specific timepiece.

Typically it will be a longer timeframe if parts or components are harder to source and have to be done so internationally and shorter if works are more straight forward. We do our best to ensure we keep you notified as to the progress and any changes that may occur to this time frame.

The timeframe takes into consideration the amount of work required which can include:
– a full disassembly of the watch or clock movement
– repair, replacement or restoration of internal movements and/or parts as required
– polishing parts/case
– manufacturing parts or waiting for them to arrive
– running the watch or clock to ensure it is in correct working order prior to pick up/delivery
